Internet Editors
Association © is a joining of editors and publishers of like minds, and attitudes,
for the purposes of mutual growth, through the sharing of ideas, experiences,
and knowledge. At this point in time there is an owner & co owner. Any member
found to be sharing IEA’s meeting logs or paperwork will be removed immediately
from the association without question. They may rejoin in 6 months. Slandering
or flaming of any person(s) or groups will not be tolerated either in writing
or in any meeting. When and if an IEA member encounters a situation that they
cannot resolve themselves, they have the option of bringing their grievance
before the owners and IEA members agree to abide by and to the ruling of the
owners. There is no reason, or justification, to involve other members in
personal disputes.

This is a closed member list at this point; furthermore, only members will
receive mail from the owner(s) of this list at this time. All members will
work within TOS rules. ANY behavior contrary to these simple rules
is grounds for immediate dismissal. IEA welcomes editors of all age groups.
When a prospective editor expresses an interest in IEA, they will be asked
to submit a current copy of their newsletter, E-zine, web site or update.
In addition, Associate or Co Editors of Members publications are eligible
for membership. A minimum waiting period of 3 months for reapplication is
required for any applicant turned down for admittance into IEA.
Members will take
all reasonable and prudent precautions to insure that:
All publications carry the proper disclaimer in relationship to the nature
of its content. Reader’s rights to cancellation are observed. Copyrights are
respected and that credit is given where it is deserved. That a positive image
of IEA and its members is projected and protected. All members shall display
high standards of moral, ethical, and business standards in their dealing
with Editorial items, other Editors, and the sponsoring ISP. Any mail marked
Official or DND must be opened and, we hope, read. If any member deletes this
mail they will be put on notice that they jeapordize their member status by
doing so. There will only be one (1) official warning to thisrule. Then if
it happens again you will simple be removed There will be a waiting period
of 3 months before a member can rejoin after this infraction Mentality and
Morale Our newsletters, or e-zines are not just a cut and paste job. IEA©
is the framework on which to share the strengths we each individually have
with each other and grow together. In order to work within the framework of
cooperation...professionally, we have set the ground rules. Negativity, adversarial
behaviors, nit picking, sarcasm, must not be supported by response.

list; we have a weekly newsletter, I.E.A. Journal©, in which members share
articles, links, and other items of interest with the membership. In order
to expedite your application for joining IEA, we ask that you send a recent
copy of your newsletters, e-zines, list updates, or other online publications
(your update sent to your list) along with your Application completed below
(NOT your advertising blurb)

If you have more than one publication, please submit the latest copy of each.
Please protect the privacy of your list members by removing their screen names
before submitting your publication. A placeholder such as "Names Here" will
be sufficient. Coeditors names should remain. Once we receive your publications,
& questionnaire then they will be reviewed.
If you fail to return the questionnaire, your application
will not be reviewed. Your publication will then be held for five (5) days
before your application deadline will expire. You will then need to reapply.
